Puppy Agility (for Puppies 15 weeks and older)

Wally getting on Puppy Walk at Hillary's HoundsAgile Puppy = Agile Mind

This is where puppies develop balance, coordination and body awareness. They also learn to problem solve, watch their people and learn how to follow a “lure” over a variety of obstacles. Agility is the perfect way to optimize training and build an unshakeable bond with your puppy. You’ll use all of the basic obedience skills you’ve been learning, they’ll just get more meaningful. We’ll be using each obstacle and practicing basic obedience skills on each.

What to Bring: Moist treats are best for agility, anything a puppy can eat and swallow quickly and on the run. Crunchy treats are dry and need to be chewed, a hard thing to do quickly. Examples are string cheese, bits of meat or a hot dog cut into small pieces.

All ages, sizes, breeds, and beginners welcome. Please call us at 415 453 4515 or email us for schedule and availability.
