Today’s TREAT: An in-depth analysis of your dog’s temperament and behavior PLUS a Complimentary Consultation with Hillary.
We invite you to take the C-BARQ, (Canine Behavioral Assessment and Research Questionnaire). The C-BARQ is one of the finest canine behavior questionnaires of its kind, providing dog owners and professionals alike with standardized evaluations of canine temperament and behavior.
The beauty of the C-BARQ is that it breaks down and identifies circumstances and triggers for thirteen distinct behavioral traits that occur in many dogs – regardless of breed, age, sex, whether neutered or not.
Taking the C-BARQ is fast; it takes most people 10 to 15 minutes to complete online, and anyone familiar with a dog’s typical responses to ordinary, day-to-day events and stimuli can take it.
Once you’ve completed the C-BARQ we will contact you via email, along with some suggested times for your Complimentary Consultation with Hillary. You may use this time to ask questions about the results or ask about solutions to unwanted or difficult behaviors.
The C-BARQ was developed by researchers at the Center for the Interaction of Animals and Society at the University of Pennsylvania. It is the only existing behavioral assessment instrument of its kind to be thoroughly tested for reliability and validity on large samples of dogs of various breeds.
Our thanks to Dr. James Serpell, Director, Center for the Interaction of Animals and Society at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine for his kind permission to share the C-BARQ with our friends and clients.
